 Grilled Titus Fish Recipe Ingredients   3 servings 3 pieces  Titus Fresh pepper Onions Vegetable oil Salt cubes  Seasoning Ginger Garlic leaves  Rosemary Belle pepper Steps Wash the fish thoroughly with warm water and vinegar. Carefully take out the eggs and other things inside the fish and rinse in a clean water. Season the fish with Salt, seasoning cubes, pepper, Garlic and ginger. Wrap them with foil paper and put them in a fridge for 20 minutes. While the fish is in the fridge, prepare your PEPPERED sauce; Blend onions, Ginger, Garlic and pepper and set aside. Place a pan on fire and allow to dry. Pour in the vegetable oil and allow to heat for about 60 seconds and then add the blended Onions, Garlic, Ginger and pepper. Lower the heat and allow it fry until it's dry Add Salt, seasoning cubes and rosemary leaves. Stir and bring it down.
